Take time throughout the day to stop and actually tune into what you are thinking and feeling. Most people NEVER do this, and most people live in this unawakened state- which is creating your life.” Super simple, yet we rarely do it! Remembering to breathe and focus on what we REALLY do want… choosing to make the choice to reprogram our thoughts and speaking them out loud. “How do I want to feel, accomplish, gain… etc.” I am glad you shared this, it is a great reminder, that I (we all) have control over what we want to get out of this life; we are not victims of it.
